Rayons

Made from cellulose, rayon is a human-made fabric with natural fiber qualities. We are phasing out most of our rayons made in the traditional, highly toxic and polluting method for new workings like TENCEL™, LENZING™, ECOVERA™ and Lyocell. The added benefit is that these new iterations have an extra twist to the yarns which eliminate wrinkles. At last, a breathable fabric that doesn’t get rumpled!

Fluid flow

Rayon has remarkable drape, making it the perfect choice for garments that require fluid movement. It is also incredibly comfortable to wear.

Rayon fabrics have a drape and slipperiness similar to nylon.
Rayon is a versatile fiber and is widely claimed to have the same comfort properties as natural fibers.
Rayon fabrics can imitate the feel and texture of silk, wool, cotton and linen.
Lyocell is environmentally friendly, creating very little waste – all water and chemicals used in production are recuperated and recycled.

LENZING™ ECOVERO™ produces a sustainable and fully biodegradable viscose fibre brand for apparel. It is developed from renewable pulp and wood sources.

Rayon linings breathe more than polyester or acetate linings, and they are free of static cling. Care Instructions: Dry clean only.
